📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
All cases are made to order and typically ships in 2-4 business days.
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping: Once shipped, typically delivered in 2-4 business days
🇨🇦 Canadian Shipping: Once shipped typically delivered in delivered within 3-10 Business days depending on your province with standard shipping.
Our Canadian orders ship out of Ottawa, Ontario so anywhere in Ontario is typically on the faster side and B.C for example is on the longer side.
We also have Xpress/Expedited options as well.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout as it depends on the shipping method selected and the country in which you are from.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to USA & Canada.

Are your cases officially licensed?
Yes, our company is proud to hold licenses for the NHLPA, MLBPA, and NHLAA.
Are the cases protective?
Yes! Each case has a hard shell back with flexible sides, offering great drop protection without extra bulk.
Do you make cases for Android phones?
At this time we don't due to lack of demand.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for shipping the order back to us.
How do I start a return?
Please email us at sales@redzonecases.com within 14 days of your order being delivered.
What if I ordered the wrong size/model?
Hopefully that doesn't happen as each case is made specifically for you as they're printed on demand but we still allow you to return it within 14 days.
💳 Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Sometimes! Please email us right away at sales@redzonecases.com. Although our cases take 2-4 business days to ship, if you're lucky, you may of ordered when we were printing so in some cases, your order may be shipped 30 minutes later so please, email us right away.
I never got an order/shipping confirmation, what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, you may of entered your email in incorrectly contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation email.
We find shipping confirmation emails often land in your spam/promotions.
🎁 Promotions & Discounts
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
My discount code didn’t work, what should I do?
Double-check that it hasn’t expired and is entered exactly as shown. If it still doesn’t work, reach out to us for help at sales@redzonecases.com

Do you offer custom designs?
We don’t currently offer custom designs but if you'd like to suggest a player, please email us at sales@redzonecases.com
